Ordering of environment list in Project Setting environment drop down

When creating a new environment and selecting an existing environment as a base image, it would be nice if the list of environments was alphabetical (or maybe grouped by org). We have a ridiculous number of environments and it can be quite difficult to find the one you want. (Though this may really be an issue for admins since I don't think most users can see all environments to choose from).
