Power user role for doing things like creating and editing environments.
It would be beneficial to have additional granularity of Domino user account roles, specifically between a normal user and an admin.
For various reasons including resource limitations and standardization, Domino admins may not allow users in their deployment to create , duplicate, or edit environments. This can create a bottleneck at times and create more work for the admins when environment changes are needed/requested.
An increase in productivity for all Domino users could be achieved if those who are practiced with the CLI and Docker were enabled to take on environment administration. Providing them with full admin access for this purpose is undesirable.
