Percolate collaboration settings from project to model apis

It would be great if the collaboration settings of projects carry over to Model APIs. When an organization owns a project and when one user in that organization publishes a model the other users in the organization don't automatically have access to call the model since the user who launched the model is the owner. User has to go in and add the organization as an owner/editor manually. This can become cumbersome if a lot of users in the organization are publishing models regularly.
