Promote projects from User -> Test -> Production

Currently, projects are either owned by a user or a group. This is limiting and fragile when managing data science products that are more software than anlysis. We have resorted to creating test and production users (with their own logins) and created a messy web of forks so that we can 'promote' through the service accounts (along with other issues and limitations). It would be really nice if Domino had first-class support for Test and Production.

Thanks for suggesting this @cmcpherson !  How would you ideally like this feature to behave?  For example, would the test and production stages need to change the permissions on the project, so it could not be edited without being sent back to the user?

That's right. Similar to existing git workflows there would be authorized leads or project owners that are given the responsibility to merge changes from others into production.
